Shipping policy

 IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure to enter your cell phone number to facilitate delivery in the event of absence, as parcels do not always fit through letterboxes.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery, your parcel may be dropped off at a relay point near you. We will inform you if this is the case.

 

1. Order processing times :

Please note that order processing time must be added to delivery time to obtain the total time required to receive an order at the time it is placed. The order processing time is 2to 3 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) and is used to check the quality of your order, pack it, print the shipping labels and send it to our transport company for shipment.

Please note that personalized products require an additional manufacturing time, details of which are given in the product description. Personalized rings in particular require between 16 and 22 days for production and delivery (including processing).

 

2. Delivery times :

France, Belgium, Italy, Spain : 8-12 working days

3. Controls not available

All refused parcels, not collected by the local post office, cannot be delivered to the address indicated because you entered an incorrect name or address when ordering, and are not our responsibility. Please remember to check your address carefully when placing your order.

 

4. Separate packages

If your package is missing something, don't worry! We sometimes ship orders in multiple/separate packages, due to weight restrictions and also to allow for faster shipping. If you have any questions, simply contact us via the contact form and we'll get right back to you.
