Changes are generally possible within 48 hours of order confirmation.

It is usually possible to cancel an order free of charge within 6 hours of confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@auroraco.org, quoting your order number.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible depending on the time at which we receive your request. This is because, in order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we start the first stages of production very quickly.

Shipments

Most of our products are custom-made and take time to produce. Please allow at least two weeks for production and delivery of your personalized jewelry. The delivery time is specified on the product page.

You'll also receive email notifications at every stage of production and dispatch.

We deliver all over the world, with the exception of certain remote locations for which our delivery solution may take a long time. Please contact us if you have any doubts.

Products

If you have had a problem with your product, please contact us by email at support@auroraco.org, mentioning your problem, your order number and photos if possible. You don't need to provide us with proof of your warranty - it's all stored in our system.

Our jewelry is made to the highest quality standards, but we recommend avoiding contact with seawater or chemicals.
